Can anyone recommend a recruiter in NYC?

I've been reading a lot of the older posts on this board regarding tech recruiters and most of them seem to be pretty negative.  I've dealt with recruiters before and I've experienced some of the underhandedness that lots of posters describe.

However, there's got to be *some* good recruiting firms for developers, right?  Does anyone have any recommendations or should I stick to job boards like Dice, et. al.?

Btw - I'm a .NET developer with 5 years experience working for a smaller software shop.  I'm looking to move to a bigger company with better benefits.

I would recommend Tom Morgan at WallStreetTechJobs.com. He's part of Pencom Systems Inc. Tom was an honest guy, maybe not as "aggresive" as other NYC recruiters. But, also didn't lie like other recruiters.
