Does Vista allow you to drag and drop a maximised window?

Does Vista allow you to drag and drop a maximised window from one monitor to another? In other words, allow you to rearrange your windows with a minimum of fuss. This would be very handy and XP doesn't do it.

If Vista doesn't do it either and anyone from Microsoft is reading this post, please add this functionality to Vista. Thanks.

If you don't have Ultramon, you should get it already.  Provides that functionality and a lot more for dual monitor setups.

To answer the question... No, Vista does not allow you to drag a maximized window to another monitor. But that would be nice to have.
