[Gmail] How to list archived e-mails?

Hello, Unless I'm wrong, Gmail deletes e-mails older than 60 days unless they've been marked as Archived. But I don't see any button that lets me list archived e-mails. Are they only searchable through keywords? Thank you.

The All Mail section contains all your mail. Once you press the Archive button it leaves the inbox, and you can access it from All Mail.

So, what's the point of the Archive button, then?

OK, it's just a way to avoid messing the Inbox with old e-mails, but they're still listed in All Mail. Thanks for the help.

Once it is archived it is no longer in your reception box, but you are still able to find it if you like.

Un peu comme quand tu archives ta facture EDF dans un placard à cet effet.

Gmail is quite defferent than other desktop and web-based emails, It's much more efficient.

I was using my inbox for emails that required attention, archiving/marking as spam/deleting all other emails.

Then I got the GTDInbox Firefox plug-in... My Inbox currently has zero emails.
