NoVa / DC / MD JoS Meetup

Alright everyone, I know you're out there.  I know you've been waiting for it, so let's make it happen.

The First Maybe-Annual Capital Area JoS Meetup.

I'll throw out Sunday March 26th (30 days from now).  We need to choose somewhere Metro accessible with a bit of parking and preferably serves beer.

I know you're lurking out there... off the top of my head, I know Phil, Philo, PWills, RyanPark, AllanL5, and quite a few others are in the area.

Who's in?

Me too.

The problem is, DC is central but has the worst parking (esp. near Metros).

Let me know when you have more info though; I think this is a fun idea. (And I vote for Brickskeller near Dupont -- best beer list in DC.)

My vote would be for someplace not in the city - maybe Alexandria?

Hrm. Not the overwhelming response I was hoping to see.

I second Old Town Alexandria as a convenient location for both the public-transporters and the gas-guzzlers.

Fine with me... maybe we'll get more people if a reminder is posted in a week or two... i simply didn't see the first message.  From that frappr page, it seems DC is the largest population of JoS'ers...
