I feel like this has been asked before, but Joel, why don't you release your VB->PHP converter?  If you are not planning on selling it, you could probably get a cheaply improved product by open sourcing it...

He's stated in the past that it's not a pure VB->PHP porter, it only ports what they use in FogBugz, has various FogBugz specific hacks and is unlikely to be of little to no use for general VB->PHP ports outside of FogBugz

Maybe he thinks he has a competitive advantage by keeping it in house and closed source?  Maybe the code is too awful to release.

It's because it won't compile VB that doesn't follow Fog Creek's strict coding policy.
