Books on Software Consulting

Any good books out there on software consulting?  Specifically with regard to dealing with clients, gaining new clients, best practices?

All I know about consulting comes from this website which I've seen pop out a couple of times here and elsewhere:

I'm not a consultant and I don't know any books, unfortunatly.

Everything by Gerry Weinberg is the best there is. Start with The Secrets of Consulting and work your way through.

I really enjoyed this book:

"The Computer Consultant's Guide"

It was well written and realistic.  Not full of fluff like some business books can be.
