css cascading menu in .Net?

for a site I'm building I need a CSS dropdown menu system that I can populate from a parent/child page record system in SQL Server.  Anyone have any recommendations for some free code I can adapt?  Needs to be easy to style so the design guys can change it, I just need to be able to populate it easily from, say, a datatable or an array.
