Custom Membership provider Class

This is regarding VS2005 and ASP.NET 2.0.
I have created a custom membership provider class, which derives from MembershipProvider class. Now, where do I place this class?. I mean, which project? I have 3 projects.
WebUI project, where I have my ASPX, ASCX etc etc.
BLL project, where my Business logic sits.
DAL project, where my Data Access Logic sits (wrapper to Data Application Block)

Business layer - your provider connects the ASP.NET runtime to the underlying storage mechanism, so it sits between your DAL and your UI layers. If you were to add more UI projects, you would be able to take advantage of the same provider in the business layer.
