> I installed sand castle but dont find a way how to use it it is not showing in editor or start menu
Sandcastle is still at CTP stage after several months, and is very immature. It's basically a bag of bits that is just about usable if you're prepared to invest a lot of time and/or use third party tools (e.g. the following from Eric Woodruff http://www.codeplex.com/SHFB). But it's nowhere near as good as NDoc and miles away from the sort of quality I'd expect from a company with Microsoft's resources: http://connect.microsoft.com/VisualStudio/feedback/ViewFeedback.aspx?FeedbackID=247524

I built one which I sell on my website. OK so it's not free (although there is a free trial version) but IMHO $39.99 is a small price to pay for something that could save hundreds of dollars of developer/technical author time per project.
P.S. My tool has a GUI as well, and there's also a version for ASP source code.
