Does anyone know of a superb C#/Architect..

that is local (NYC) and could develop and design for 15-20 hrs a week?

Also, if this person can design an SRS (use cases, UML, etc), that would be excellent, else that would be the other person I need.

Ah, Anders.  HE'S the guy of .NET, hired from Borland by Microsoft with a bonus in the MILLIONS OF DOLLARS.  I believe the original creator of Turbo Pascal before Phillipe got his hands on it.

I really-really like his philosophy of coding.  MUCH better than that Hungarian guy.
