Search and replace

i am in the process of moving my site from windows server to a linux server. Once of the things i need to make sure is all the links are proper. I converted all the files to lower case to be consistent but the problem is i need to change the links all over to make sure its all in lower case.

I have been using dreamweaver search and replace to convert all the names to lower. I was wondering if there is a simpler way to do this.

for example i want to convert everything inside
<form action="[all charecters here ]">
to
<form action ="[lower caps]">

is it possible to do it with regular expression??

awk -F'"' '{$2 = tolower($2); print $0}' old_file > new_file

would work on the Linux side, assuming the input format is really as you depict.
