POP and IMAP library

I am working on a business application and I need to retrieve email from a server.
It seems .NET library does not support POP3 or IMAP.

Do you know any good library for POP and IMAP?
Prefer free ones.
Prefer to have the source code but this is NOT a must.
I can port from java, c++, etc to c# if I have to.
Quality is important.
