how to inject my Javascript into CollabEdit

I am using CollabEdit for real time collaborative text editing, which is pretty cool. What I am wondering is, is there a way for me to put in my own Javascript that would modify the text, e.g. to do transliteration into another alphabet. Obviously this is a 3rd party webpage, whose mechanism btw relies on Javascript.

I have already tried to save the page on disk, with the idea of then editing it manually, but then it does not display correctly. E.g. if you save it as entire page, it no longer even displays the text field.

So I am guessing that what is needed is a way to link my own Javascript file to a 3rd party webpage open in the browser.

Any advice would be very much appreciated.

Also, try out CollabEdit, it really rocks.
