Anyone integrated PayPal Express Checkout?

Hi,

I have to do a paypal intergration for a client - I have never used PayPal and don't have an account so I'm a bit lost.  I have done credit card payment gateway integration before though.

As far as I understand it you pass the client to PayPal, they let them login, pass them back to you with an ID, then you have a "Pay" button which finalises the transaction.  My issue is that I can't see how PayPal identifies the Merchant, so how does the system know who the payment is being made to?

I don't see how the payment would be received by the merchant from this, but maybe I'm missing something fundamental - anyone clarify things?

Cheers

Through token they send you? The documentation seems to be fairly clear.

Ah, so does the token tie the merchant and the seller together?  The docs are pretty clear but with the Standard Integration (as opposed to the Express Checkout) you actually supply your login email address as part of the form post - I was looking for something like that and just couldn't see how it tied you as a merchant to the sale.

Thanks
