Resources for using REST in Python client

I have an application where I would like to use REST in a Python web client.

Does anyone know of a good tutorial that might provide some guidance?

In particular I need to be able to upload/download files.

Server at the other end running CherryPy, but in theory it shouldn't matter very much what the server is using.

Kevin,

Thanks for the pointers, I've ordered the book, though my concern right now is for the client side, rather than the server.

I'm using CherryPy at a client's request.  It seems pretty good but I wish there was more written up on it.
