Converting J2ME to Windows Mobile

We have a substantial application that runs on J2ME that we want to port to Windows Mobile.  We're faced with the prospect of re-writing it in C#, but it would be much better if an automated tool could do even 90% of the work for us.

What would you do?

You could outsource the project...

Converting from an architecture/programming language to another is simply a re-write. There's usually no way about it.

Converting VB.NET to C# and vice versa is easier since they are almost the same language.

I think that any automated conversion will look bad.
