Rails Migrations

I am working on ASP.Net project with C#.Is it possible to use Rails Migrations for managing database schema changes?

The last time I tried it wasn't so easy to dettach the migrations part of Rails.

After extracting the rake task, I had to manually setup the ActiveRecord logger before running it or it would cause an null reference exception when trying to use the logger, also my custom logger (the default Ruby logger class) didn't show the messages the same way as a default project does.

That was as far as I went.

It's java-based, but someone's working on just the migration part. It's got no docs but looks simple enough to be promising:
