.NET on top of PICK database

hey guys, anyone have experience riding .NET on top of a legacy PICK database (this is in the context of a hosted ASP.NET app in 2.0).

i was surprised to see that anyone is still using PICK actually (this is an insurance co) -- how widespread is this thing anyway?

thanks.

Last I saw/used PICK was back in 1995. I didn't like it then either.

I believe that IBM is the only one with an active Pick Style database. It's called Universe. They picked it up from Informix. Check developerworks for details. I saw it awhile ago and they had promised some .Net functionality.
