Access Synchronization

So Microsoft Access has a built in Synchronization feature that works fine for my purposes.  The question is, how to i use this feature programmatically?  I can't seem to find any documentation on the subject.

  Dim db As DAO.Database
  Dim dbEngine As New DAO.DBEngine

  db = dbEngine.OpenDatabase("C:\Access\Master.mdb")

  db.Synchronize("C:\Access\Replica of Master.mdb")

If you do much with replication you're definitely going to want to review the documentation.  As a start here's a MS FAQ on replication in Access 2k:
