Easily Integrateable Web Log Analyzer

I'm looking for a web log analysis package that is easy to integrate with. I want to integrate the web analysis results into other data that I have. Right now, everythng I have is stored in a relational DB and I would preffer if the web data was stored similarly, but that isn't an absolute requirement - I can always import data. What is fairly important is that however the data is stored is intuitive.

Does anyone know of a good analysis package that might meet my needs?

I second the mint recommendation.

Thanks, I'll check Mint out.

I was also perusing the book Web Site Measurement Hacks. It looks like it has a lot of information on how to write a custom application for parsing log files, so that might be an option as well.
