Open Proces Framework

I actually have the openprocessframework book.  I looked over it again.  It is pretty interesting.  It basically gives you a lot of detail that most books or sites don't give you.

Introduces what what are the roles of developers, testers, modelers.  Definition of artifacts and what they should contains, etc.  I don't think I seen this much quality information in one spot.  I have some college-textbook software engineering books, but those paperweights never did me any good.
