free software hosting?

Is there a free software hosting service which provides download space and a basic website support, like Sourceforge or Launchpad, but instead of hosting free open source software to host free but closed source software (Windows)?

Isn't is possible to just upload an installer (closed source) to Sourceforge? I really don't know and never tried it...

I don't imagine that the Source Forge would be over the moon about that. I sounds like a clear TOS violation and will probably end in tears.

Amazon S3 with CloudFront. It isn't free, but for normal usage it will cost way less than a dollar/month.
