Website integrity?

Is there any tool that can scan my website once a day and check for the integrity of some essential issues like
- files (webpages) are exist and accessible
- links are valid
- content is valid. e.g. Google Analytics' signature, page description etc.

I can write this by myself but I don't want to re-invent the wheel (if already made). I'm looking for such a utility.
Thank you!

I use the desktop tool http://deeptrawl.com/ for checking my websites. I'm sure there are lots of other alternatives.

Thanks Andy. Yes, DeepTrawl can do all of that :)

CloudTrawl.com is my other product. It doesn't have as many features (just link checking & uptime monitoring) but it's cloud hosted & can check links daily without anything running on your desktop.
