I´m part of a German software company and we like to enter the US market with our software. Now we are wondering whats the best way to distribute our software.
We are tinking about some kind of independent sales rep or a kind of agency which sells our product.
Do you know some possibilities or even a concret opportunity? We prefer somebody in the area of New York.

Case 1: Company A sells factory control software for use in auto manufacturing. It costs $1 million per seat. Should they have a distributor and salesmen to reach the US market?
Case 2: Company B sells a $1 iPhone game. Should they have a distributor and salesmen to reach the US market?
Oh, US market conversion rate is the highest, we also had this problem.
