Your web site look goods, however you may want to review your logo,
at it look like more a very average German home than a top Spanish home.
What I expect from a top Spanish home is big Arcades, palmtree

So my suggestion is that you review your logo
I hope this helps a litlle
Hasta Luego! :-)

I honestly think you would have to reword the banner text.
--"Property in Spain for Sale. Buying Houses in Costa Blanca South "
It just sound right. This somehow means that you are interested in buying houses in Costa Blanca which I don't think is the case.
Couple of other points
1) Address of the property needs to be more clear. Street name would help.
2) On the Request information page the reference number should be auto populated.
3) Also the site needs to support spanish..
4) I think it is essential that the site is proof read by a native English Language person. No offense meant
many thanks for your thorough review and comments. I agree with your remarks and we're working on all of these issues.
