Who knows what company provides a "help" widget like this one?

Hi
I found this one very nice and I want to use it on my own website:
http://www.red-gate.com/products/dotnet-development/smartassembly/pricing

A small button on the right side, a java script, that pop ups a floating window and let the user to ask a question.

I don't know who provides this, and I'm also looking for more than one provider.

If you know for a good one, please share. Thank you

That one is from http://snapengage.com/ (the F12 developer tools are your friend for answering questions like this!)

Sorry to hijack the topic, but an interesting question would be how many ISVs are using something like this? How much time does it take them to assist customers? And most importantly, how many extra sales have been made thanks to such live chats?

Thanks @Richie
however I'm not talking about chat. I'm talking about a minimal "Help" window.
There are many shops that provide chatting.

It could be done easily using jQuery dialog

@mosh: Richie is right.

The green help button on the right is part of what snapengage.com offers. I've never used them but you can determine that by looking at the html behind the button.
