There are many live support providers. do you need live support services like live greeter for your website? So you can try WebGreeter.com and otherwise you want Live support software. I personally advice you to try WGLiveChatSoftware.com, I'm using this services on my e-commerce website.

Interesting thread, as this is on my mind right now.

I've tried half a dozen of these chat services.  I finally decided on SnapEngage. They integrate with Fogbugz, and have a ton of options that I've found useful during our test.  Things like being able to monitor the chats from my support people are really useful.

$40/mo for 4 users is just right for us.

Committing to offering live support is huge. If you do it, be sure you do it right.
