Google analytics shows small number of visitors

It shows only ~50 visitors a day whereas my Cpanels awstats counts them to be~700

Where does this incongruity come from? Am i doing something wrong inadvertently?
I checked every page's source on my site and all contain tracking code.

Real time analytics seem to work well - there are always couple of people on site at any given moment (which in itself would amount in more than ~50 visitors  a day)
