A Strange pattern of proceedings with Shareit!

It is couple of months now that a strange thing started happening with Shareit!, it goes something like this:
-A product is sold  (25Euro)
-about a month latter Chargeback request email is sent to me by shareit! saying they are sorry and all..
-I contact the customer asking what the problem was
-I get no answer and forget about it
-Week or two later a Reactivation for order is sent to me by shareit saying that customer canceled their chargeback request

Now it is all good because nothing is lost in the end but this thing never happened before and now they are  happening, also customers never answer my emails... and even stranger - now I have customers (which by now I believe are some fictional characters to put it mildly) who twice issued chargeback than reactivated the order...

How do you account for it?
I asked shareit and they replied as if it is normal...that people ask chargeback then give up...

Shareit charges credit card without stating your name and some customer cannot associate the charge with your software.

They issue a charge back and may realize later why they have been charged. Perhaps, ShareIt sends a notification.

About customers don't reply to your e-mails - I had the same issue, the problem is e-mail hosters just sends your letter into spam and people don't check the bulk mail too frequently. There are lots of reasons to associate your account as spammy :)
