Zendesk vs. Assistly vs. Tender Support

I would appreciate input about any experience people have with these three hosted support system applications. Zendesk seems to be the most popular, but Assistly (now called Desk.com after they were recently purchased by Salesforce) and Tender (http://tenderapp.com) seem to have some nice features and loyal fans.

I have read about the features of each, but what would be very valuable is knowing about the experiences of people who have actually used them.
