What should I include in my reviewer's guide?

I am trying to put together some material for a reviewer's guide that I will be putting on my site and sending to potential reviews of my product. I plan on including documents outlining my products positioning, unique features, and target audience.

The software is web based, and I would create an account for the reviewer, but I was also considering creating some demo videos for the reviewer to check out instead of having to click around the product to see the features, is this common?

Any tips or sample review guides out there?
